Ready-made templates
The library of ready templates: official Ukrainian state forms and original documents written for DocuTract, to fill online from the catalogue or add to your own templates in the app.
What the library is
Not every document needs a template of your own. The library is a set of ready-made templates for the paperwork Ukrainian businesses do most often: HR orders, employment contracts, acts, invoices, leases, supply and service contracts, and job descriptions. Each one has its own page in the public catalogue, where you can read what the document is for and fill it online.
The catalogue currently lives on the Ukrainian version of the site, at /uk/shabloni, because the documents themselves are Ukrainian.

The library inside the app
The same templates are in the app too: Templates, the Ready-made template library block under your own templates. Find one by search or category and press Add to my templates. A copy appears among your templates, and the library card shows Fill in instead of the button.
From then on it is an ordinary template of your workspace: fill it in, change it, put it into cases. Changes apply only to your copy, and documents made from it count against your plan like those of any of your templates.

Where the text comes from
Every template in the library is one of two kinds, and we never copy samples from other websites.
Official state forms
Some documents have a form approved by a normative act, and there the official wording is what you want. These templates reproduce the form from the act itself, for example:
- П-1, П-3, П-4 — the standard HR forms for an order on hiring, an order on granting leave and an employee's personal record card;
- typical employment contracts for remote work and for work at home;
- the typical land lease contract;
- the ТТН (consignment note, the waybill that accompanies goods carried by road) and the carriage contract.
Each of these carries a source note: the act, its number and date, and a link to its text on zakon.rada.gov.ua. Official documents of state bodies are not protected by copyright in Ukraine, which is why they can be reproduced word for word.
Original documents
Everything else (acts of works, invoices, dispatch notes, service and supply contracts, leases, NDAs, job descriptions) is original text written for DocuTract on the basis of the law: the Civil Code, the Labour Code, the accounting law's requirements for primary documents, and so on. Where a job description draws on the official qualification handbook, its source note says so.
Filling a template from the catalogue
- Open the template's page in the catalogue and start filling it online.
- Type in the values the form asks for: names, codes such as the ЄДРПОУ (the Ukrainian company registration number), dates, amounts. Documents with a table of goods or services let you add as many rows as you need; see Tables with a variable number of rows.
- Look at the preview of the first page.
- Pay once, without an account, to download the full document as .docx and PDF; it is also emailed to you and kept for 30 days.
The details are in Fill online from the website.
Can I use them as they are?
The templates are written carefully and follow the requirements of the law, but every deal has its own circumstances. For anything that matters (a long lease, an unusual employment arrangement, a contract with real money at stake) have a lawyer look at the result for your case. A template is a well-built starting point, not legal advice.
Want your own version?
If you prepare the same document often, or you need wording of your own, make your own template: from a blank with placeholders (Create a template from a blank) or from a finished document you already have (Create a template from a finished document). Your own templates also fill from scans, not only from typed values.
