Everything you need to build a template, fill it from scans and get a finished document - plus how billing and your data work.
Getting started
Templates
Create a template from a blank
Mark the changing text in a Word document with {{placeholders}}, upload it and tell DocuTract where each field gets its value.
Create a template from a finished document
Upload a real, already filled document; the AI proposes which values change between documents, and you decide which become fields.
Ready-made templates
The library of ready templates: official Ukrainian state forms and original documents written for DocuTract, to fill online from the catalogue or add to your own templates in the app.
Tables with a variable number of rows
Acts, invoices and dispatch notes list as many services or goods as the deal has. Add and remove rows while filling; the table grows to match.
Conditional blocks and template versions
Keep one template for many variants: clauses that appear only when they apply, sections repeated per person, and a version recorded on every document.
Filling documents
Fill a document from scans
The fill wizard step by step: choose a template, upload the scans, check the recognised data, and download the finished .docx or PDF.
Fill online from the website
Fill a ready template straight from its catalogue page, without an account: preview the first page, pay once, and the document joins your account.
Collecting documents from the client
Send the client a private link to upload their documents, with no account, or forward their email; the files land in your document already recognised.
Working with cases
Cases
One set of scans, several documents: a case collects the documents of one deal, reads every value once and generates the whole pack together.
The parties directory
Store a landlord, an employer or a bank account once, with the document and date each value was read from, and fill the next document from it.
Cross checks between documents
Define checks that compare values across the documents of a case, and find out about a mismatch before you generate, not after somebody signs.
Batch generation
Generate many documents of one kind at once, from an archive of folders with scans or from a CSV/XLSX table, with the cost shown before you start.
Integrations
CRM integrations
Connect your CRM so documents are filled from its records and attached back to them: who can set it up, field mapping, automation rules, the log and what happens to your data.
API and webhooks
Connect your own system to DocuTract: issue a token for the API, and have us notify your address when a document is ready or something needs attention.
Account and billing
Billing and plans
How DocuTract is billed: per workspace, by generated documents, with a free plan, paid monthly or yearly plans and one-time payment for a single document.
Privacy and your data
Who controls your documents, how they are stored and protected, which sub-processors we use, how long we keep data and how to delete your account.
